Well, I was going to post some pictures of Doors Open Toronto (or at least, the places we visited) and some wineries along Niagara on the Lake, as my girlfriend and I had done both on a jam packed and very enjoyable 3 day weekend, however they are all on a hard drive to which I presently have no access...

Yes, my computer died. Not the hard drive, I think I'll be able to get that back, just the rest of it. Ah well. Technology. Goes well with some other thoughts I've had along those lines lately.

No problem though. I'm on vacation this week. Did some cycling (22.5 km's today), and just looking after some things I've been putting off. Staycation. Good for getting things done.

While cycling this afternoon, I thought a bit about what my answers would be to Michelle's tag topic "list six things that are unimportant but make me happy then tag six others."

Of course, if you know me, you know I won't be tagging six others, however if you read this and wish to, do make your own list. Drop me a line and I'll check it out. Really. I likely have lost the link to your blog. LOL

So, my list, in no particular order.

1. Watching clouds form
2. Sun on my face, wind in my hair
3. Cheerful people
4. Water. Looking across it, sitting beside it.
5. Peace. Fairness.
6. Colour. Life's better with a splash of colour

I could go on. I could think of way more than 6 things. Food and Drink. A warm shelter. Family, etc, etc. But, made my list of things base on they had to be unimportant. Granted, drinking water is pretty important, but I was thinking more of looking at water. I'm sure some would argue #5 also is important, but I got to thinking that if if really, really was important, the world would operate differently. Important to me, so maybe I am cheating a bit there. I could substitute a good beer on a patio in the summertime if in that case, or meadows full of tall grass and flowers, swaying gently in the wind. ;)
